State-of-the-art amateur radio facility at the Alsea Public Library
OYARC has been allowed usage of the club station of the Alsea Valley Amateur Radio Group, KJ7JHL, located at the Alsea Public Library in Alsea, OR. This facility serves as the hub for our activities and provides members with access to professional-grade equipment.
The station is equipped for HF, VHF, UHF, and CB operations. We're currently working on implementing remote operation capabilities to club members through a FlexRadio system.
Our upcoming FlexRadio installation will allow members to operate the station remotely from anywhere with an internet connection. Perfect for members who can't visit in person or want to operate during off-hours.
The station is equipped for all popular digital modes including FT8, JS8Call, PSK31, and more.
The OYARC club station is located at the Alsea Public Library:
Alsea Public LibraryClub members can access the station via a special arrangement with KF7GGN.
Join us at the station or become a member to access remote operation when available!
